Dov Zaidman, CPA, CITP

Dov is a founding partner of ZS Consulting Group, LLP and manages both their Audit and Taxation Divisions. He has over 25 years of audit, international business, mortgage and tax experience.

He started his career in 1983 holding various positions in both public and private accounting. In public accounting he reached the level of Team Leader for Rich, Levine & Company CPAs, New York City regional accounting firm. In private accounting he held the position of Assistant Director of Revenue with Tower Air International Inc. and he reached the level of Controller for Travelex Americas, Inc. a major foreign currency exchange firm. At this position he gained his international experience.

Prior to forming ZS Consulting Group, LLP, Dov had been a partner at Frumkin, Lukin & Zaidman, CPA's, P.C. He brings with him areas of expertise in mortgage banking, internet services, wholesalers, restaurants, construction and HUD Audits. He represents foreign clients who have business relationships in the United States as well as American businesses with international dealings. Additionally, he specializes in public companies PCAOB/SEC auditing and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Dov is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also an associate member of the Israel Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dov received his BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University in Israel and has also completed graduate courses at Baruch College of the City University of New York.
